The successful candidate will be creating high-quality engaging video content across social media and in promotional campaigns, working closely with content creators, graphic designers, and social media specialists. The ideal candidate brings both strong technical editing skills and a storyteller’s instinct, with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences in both Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality bilingual (Arabic and English) video content for marketing campaigns, social media reels, promotional materials, and in-app experiences
- Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to develop innovative concepts and narratives for video projects
- Ensure quality across all video production and align with brand guidelines
- Optimize videos for social media platforms, ensuring they resonate with the target audience
- Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and media assets in a structured library accessible to the team
- Leverage AI generative tools (e.g., Runway, Adobe Firefly, and Sora) to ideate, prototype, and produce video assets, including AI-generated visuals, background replacement, and automated editing workflows, while ensuring output aligns with brand standards
- Stay up to date with video trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging production techniques and proactively suggest improvements to the team’s video approach
- Fine and Applied Arts, film studies, cinematography, mass communication, or any related degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work, including social media content
- Good command of both Arabic and English, with experience editing bilingual content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop)
- Strong experience in colour grading and correction techniques
- Experience in AI tools for video production
- Capability of creating and incorporating motion graphics into video content
- Experience working with professional raw footage
- Strong vision in montage to create cohesive and engaging video narratives
- Competency in producing dynamic social media reels that drive engagement
- Previous experience in a marketing agency or an in-house digital marketing team is a plus
