Summary

We are looking to hire a Facility Supervisor to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for all the maintenance and services of the workplace facilities to ensure meeting the needs of our company and its employees.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure all equipment, systems, and infrastructure are functioning properly.
  • Coordinate and follow up on preventive maintenance for HVAC, refrigeration units, plumbing, electrical systems, overhead doors, and other equipment, and support any required repairs.
  • Oversee contractor performance, ensuring contract compliance, quality of deliverables, cost-saving initiatives, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and supervise the maintenance team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing guidance, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure all building designs and technical drawings are kept updated, accurate, and properly documented.
  • Follow up with contractors throughout project delivery and review monthly invoices for all maintenance and service providers.
  • Ensure that Nagwa’s policies and procedures are strictly applied to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of operational activities.

Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in facilities operations, maintenance, or engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • AutoCAD experience is a must, with the ability to read, interpret, and work with technical drawings and layouts.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and fire safety.
  • Good understanding of firefighting systems and safety practices.
  • Proven experience overseeing facility operations, maintenance activities, and contractor management.
